Our process is designed to be simple and stress-free. It typically follows four steps:

  2. Design & Build: We get to work designing and developing your custom website on our private staging server.
  3. Review & Refine: You'll get a private link to review the site. We'll collaborate to make any tweaks and revisions until it's perfect.
  4. Launch!: Once you give the final approval, we launch your new website and make it live to the world.
While a Care Plan is optional for our "Build & Handoff" projects, it is highly recommended. The web is constantly changing, and websites need regular maintenance to stay secure, fast, and functional. Our Care Plans are like having a dedicated technical team for your site, handling all the security monitoring, software updates, and daily backups so you have total peace of mind.
We've got you covered! Our Care Plans include monthly service hours for content updates, design tweaks, and more. If you're on our "Build & Handoff" plan without ongoing support, we can make any updates you need on a simple, pay-per-update basis.
For a typical one-page site, the process usually takes about a week or less. More complex sites with multiple pages can take two weeks or up to a month, depending on your needs. The most important factor is our collaboration—the final timeline always depends on us working together to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the result.
